Refurbishment of Villa Stoltera

Villa Stoltera is an erstwhile manor-house in Rostock-Dietrichshagen. It was redeveloped in 2005 after a long time of vacancy.

In spite of extensive structural measures the building fabric was received as a sign to historic vestiges.

The new materials are in their contained treatment a emancipated part of the building and enhance the new dimension of space.
